Trow Global (Trow), a multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm and Teknika HBA, a Quebecbased provider of multidisciplinary engineering and consulting services, have announced the merger of the two companies. The two companies provide complementary consulting and engineering services in Canada and internationally and their combination will offer even more fully integrated solutions for their clients. Teknika HBA will continue to offer value-added services to its clients under its current name within Trow. Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Trow provides multidisciplinary services in Engineering, Consulting, Surveying and Project Management, to leading clients within the public and private sectors. The combination of Trow and Teknika HBA is a natural progression of these two entities given the complementary nature of their business models. Teknika HBA brings additional expertise in urban planning, energy, industrial processes and eco-engineering. The combined workforce approaches 2000 employees with a total of 60 offices in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, the United States and internationally.
