New Chairman of the Board

The Board of Directors of Environmental Applied Research Technology House – EARTH (Canada) Corporation is honored to announce the nomination of Dr. Anthony Rustin as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Rustin replaces Mr. Pierre Coutou who resigns from the Board of Directors.

Dr. Rustin has extensive experience in the industry, having held executive-level positions in corporate management, marketing, operations, manufacturing, project management and process development. As Executive Vice-President of SNC-Lavalin he has been responsible for many different industry sectors, and for much of his career he has worked in petroleum production and processing. Dr. Rustin has served on the board of start-up companies in Canada and overseas, and has a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School.

New Board Members

The Board of Directors of EARTH (Canada) Corporation is also pleased to
announce the nomination of Michel Lambert as new Board member. Mr. Lambert replaces Mr. Hugues Lacroix who resigns from the Board of Directors. Michel Lambert also becomes a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Lambert is a portfolio manager at the Solidarity Fund, a large
venture capital fund. Before, Mr. Lambert was a manager for T2C2 and
Innovatech Sud du Quebec. Mr. Lambert actively participated in many high technology start-ups. Prior to that, he cumulated extensive experiences in product development with large companies such as Bombardier, CAE, and Nortel. Mr. Lambert is an electrical engineer and holds a MBA from Sherbrooke University.
