Machinex, leader in the field of machinery design and manufacturing for material recycling facility, has announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Pellenc Selective Technologies (ST) in North America.
Pellenc is a recognized European manufacturer of optical recognition equipment for recycling facilities.

Our unique designing, manufacturing and integration process now constitutes a valuable asset for our clientele who faces new challenges regarding productivity improvement and enhanced complex human resources management in our sector,” said Pierre Par, president of Machinex.
The major equipment involved in this agreement are Mistral, Sirocco and Zephyr Pellenc ST models. This equipment enable mechanical separation to three categories of plastic at once as well as several other recyclable materials, from optical recognition mechanism according to their composition spectrum or their color. Highly advanced, this equipment provides an efficiency rate up to 95 per cent. Finally, starting up full power operation and regular maintenance require minimum intervention.
Machinex offers operator training, technical support and part sales as well as the implementation of an active demonstration site of plastic material separation at its Plessisville facility.
