(WR5) New and Emerging Technologies for Waste Treatment and Disposal (mwin)

This session will identify and detail these new and emerging technologies including thermal and anaerobic digestion, how these technologies work, why municipalities are currently considering them and what role they might play in waste management systems.
The expert panel will present a consultant’s assessment of technologies and provide the municipal and regulatory perspective.
