Consolidated Container rebrands Canadian companies

ATLANTA – On January 1, 2020, Altium Packaging Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Container Company (CCC), rebranded all of its Canadian subsidiaries – Plastique Micron (PMI), IMBC Blowmolding 2014 and Action Plastic Products – under the name Altium Packaging Canada (in French translation, Les Emballages Altium Canada).

This change brings all of Altium Packaging Canada’s facilities under a single umbrella.

CCC develops and manufactures rigid plastic packaging solutions in North America. It specializes in customized mid- and short-run packaging solutions, serving the dairy, household chemicals, food/nutraceuticals, industrial/specialty chemicals, water, and beverage/juice segments. CCC also operates a post-consumer resin business, Envision Plastics.

The company has 64 rigid plastic packaging manufacturing facilities, two recycled resin manufacturing facilities, and 3,000 employees.

“This rebranding finalizes a key strategic initiative by bringing all of our Canadian businesses together as Altium Packaging Canada. The Altium brand name connotes our commitment to excellence, innovation and leadership in the packaging industry,” said Patrick Keese, senior vice-president and general manager of the Consumer/Industrial Group of Consolidated.
