Labrie Equipment Limited, a North American designer and manufacturer of refuse and recycling collection vehicles, recently announced its acquisition of the Juggler System. The Juggler ultrasonic solid separating process allows for the collection of the contents of grease traps or septic tanks by separating the solids from the liquid. The latter gets returned to the trap or tank with its own bacterial flora, once filtered and freed of suspended solids. To operators, this translates into a reduction of up to 80 per cent in transport and disposal costs compared to traditional methods. For tanks the benefits translate into improved performance of the purification system and an end to clogged drain fields.
Labrie will distribute the Juggler through its expanding network of partners and productivity centres throughout the US and Canada.
“We are very excited to promote our leadership in this new market,” says Christian Lapointe, VP Distribution at Labrie. “This acquisition reiterates our commitment to continue offering innovative solutions developed entirely to meet the present and future market demands.”
