The Canadian Aerosol Information Bureau was formed in 1995 to provide information and assistance to municipalities interested in incorporating empty household aerosol containers into their existing recycling program. The Bureau is now operating under the wing of the multi-stakeholder group CSR: Corporations Supporting Recycling. Now called the CSR National Aerosol Recycling Project, the program’s mandate has not changed.
