Ontario Bill 91, Waste Reduction Act, has gone to second reading in the legislature.

especially the last entry on why the bill is bad for municipalities. Valiante is not opposed to the legislation, but simply believes some changes are needed, especially to the idea that the Waste Reduction Authority would meddle in negotiations between producers and local governments.
