ADS Waste Holdings Inc. has announced revenue of $333.6 million for the fourth quarter, versus $196.9 million for the comparable period in 2012.
The company’s net loss for the three-month period ended December 31, 2013 was $36 million versus $186.2 million for the same period in 2012.
“We have substantially completed our integration and rebranding efforts across the area in which we operate, and continue to focus on our overall growth strategy,” said CEO Charlie Appleby in a statement. “This year represented a substantial year of change in our company, and we focused on ensuring that we successfully integrated these three companies (Advanced, Veolia and Interstate Waste Services Inc.).”
