RiverRoad Waste Solutions Inc. has announced the release of myRoad 2.0, an enhancement of its industry-leading operational analytics and business intelligence portal for clients.

The new reporting components for myRoad 2.0 improve visibility and access to actionable waste management and recycling metrics for clients in the retail, restaurant, automotive and financial industries, the company says.

“MyRoad 2.0 is a direct result of our commitment to service excellence and significant investment in making business easier for our clients,” said Kris Bunnell, RiverRoad’s CEO, in a statement to media. “The advanced analytics and business intelligence available from myRoad 2.0 enables our service teams to provide economic and environmental efficiency over the long term,” adds Bunnell.

Working with dedicated account specialists, RiverRoad clients can customize myRoad 2.0 to access reports quickly via their own dashboard, including service reports, spend reports, diversion effectiveness and program optimization. RiverRoad clients gain visibility into the real-time recycling metrics that drive efficiency and corporate responsibility, enabling documentation and communication of sustainability progress to company stakeholders.

MyRoad 2.0 also offers new ways for clients to collaborate directly with the RiverRoad services teams.
