City of Adelanto Selects FATHOM(TM) for End-to-End Services Contract

PHOENIX, AZ, Nov. 19, 2012 /CNW/ - GWR Global Water Resources Corp. (TSX: GWR) and Global Water Resources, Inc. ("Global Water") today announced that the City of Adelanto, California (the "City"), has approved the selection of Global Water's FATHOM^TM platform to provide the City with a fully integrated, end-to-end Customer Information System, including utility billing and customer care, Advanced Metering Infrastructure System and Asset Management System.  The contract also includes the geospatial FATHOM^TM Revenue Assurance Audit, designed to identify potential sources of missing revenue within the existing billing system.  The entire offering will be financed through the use of tax-exempt lease purchase finance which allows the City to immediately realize on reduced operating costs for the provision of these essential services.
