MONTREAL, Nov. 19, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Sofame Technologies Inc. (TSXV:
SDW) (OTC.PK: SFMGF), a leading manufacturer of industrial
environmentally efficient condensing water heaters and cost effective
heat recovery systems for traditional boilers, has recently delivered
its Percotherm® system to MMC Contractors National Inc. of Kansas City,
Missouri, which was awarded the design/assist plumbing, medical gas and
HVAC services contract, along with a local partner, Johnson & Jordan
Mechanical Contractors. Start-up and calibration of the system will
now proceed. The hospital is scheduled to open in the spring of 2014 (http://www.ournewhospital.org).
Sofame's ultra-efficient water heating equipment is used in hospitals
across Canada, and has been awarded numerous prizes, most recently from
ASHRAE in 2011. MaineGeneral is the second hospital in the Unites
States to adopt Sofame's ultra-efficient water heating and boiler
efficiency solutions. The first was Capital Health's Regional Medical
Center in Trenton, New Jersey, which operates a Sofame Steam Pump®.
Customer interest in Sofame's solutions has been growing in the United
States since 2007 when marketing formally began. Sofame systems have

international pharmaceutical manufacturers including Astra Zeneca,
which has received an EPA Energy Star award for energy efficiency at
