RCBC to host zero waste conference

The Recycling Council of British Columbia (RCBC) is holding its 38th Annual Zero Waste Conference at the Westin Resort and Spa in Whistler, B.C. from May 23 to 25, 2012.

The three-day event will include presentations on, among other things, community-based waste reduction and EPR.

Featured speakers include:

-Monica Kosmak from the City of Vancouver
-Meegan Armstrong from the B.C. Ministry of Environment
-Cameron Baughen from the Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen
-Clark Chow from Plascon Plastics
-Sue Maxwell from Ecoinspire.
