Bob was well known and highly regarded within the North American waste and recycling community. He had more than 30 years of experience directing and managing a variety of public and private sector civil and environmental engineering projects. As a recognized expert in solid waste handling and processing, he led many assignments in the waste management sector involving waste collection, transfer, MRF and composting systems. His portfolio included a number of high profile projects including the award winning Region of Niagara Enviro-Centre.

Throughout his career, Bob’s irrepressible good humor and easy laughter mixed effortlessly with his earnest, persistent pursuit of the right path in all things. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.
