North York, Ontario-based Cleanfield Alternative Energy Inc. has announced the resignation of Sureshlal Kamalalal Shrivastav as director of the corporation and the immediate appointment of Sanjay Roy to Cleanfield's board of directors.
"We would like to thank Mr. Shrivastav for his contributions to the company and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” said Cleanfield President Tony Verrelli. “Also, on behalf of Cleanfield shareholders, we welcome Mr. Roy to the Cleanfield's Board. Mr. Roy is the new Group CEO of SAI Prasad.”
