The City of Toronto, Solid Waste Management Services Division, has selected Paradigm Software, L.L.C., a Maryland limited liability corporation, as its new supplier for their weigh scale system at the transfer stations and landfill.
Paradigm was selected as the supplier that best fit the needs of the city through a competitive bid process which was issued in November 2008. Implementation is underway.
